• Coordinating Planning and Building Department permit procedures, submittals, and required HOA approval process for projects.

• Working directly with builders and their clients for effective planning, concepts, and designing within a planned budget.

• Liaison with Structural / Civil Engineers and incorporation of engineering details in the construction documents.

• On site construction consultation with builders, owners, and subcontractor trades.

• Experience as a former builder.

• Recommending builders that I work with to design clients.
